Allen & 17th, Hays The City of Hays donated two lots at Allen & 17th to HFHEC.  The City of Hays also donated a house to HFHEC, with the understanding that it be moved from its location.  The house was moved to Allen & 17th using the east lot.  Another house was built on site using the west lot.  Utilizing the donated house determined the size of the other house to comply with easement requirements.
